iMOM Marketing Copywriter

The iMOM marketing copywriter will guide and author various strategic and compelling marketing content, including emails, social CTAs, and web copy. Additional responsibilities include unifying content standards and best practices while building a consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate will be able to craft compelling narratives that drive brand engagement and customer conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and write clear, concise, and compelling copy for various mediums (i.e., ads, email, blog posts, social media, video, and print)
  •  Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop a variety of content marketing materials
  • Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines
  • Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
  • Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
  • Create, measure, connect, and grow the messaging
Required skills and qualifications
  • Four or more years of professional copywriting experience, with a solid portfolio of work
  • Exceptional writing and research skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline
  • Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
