SEO, Data, & CRM Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO, data, & CRM specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our SEO strategy, managing HubSpot operations, and providing comprehensive performance reporting across digital campaigns. This role requires a combination of technical skills, analytical abilities, and marketing acumen to optimize our online presence and ensure data quality across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact keywords that align with business goals
  • Analyze competitor strategies and search engine performance to optimize content for better visibility
  • Monitor and report on pageview metrics to assess the performance of web pages and content
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve user engagement and pageview growth
  • Provide day-to-day support for HubSpot, including troubleshooting issues and answering user queries
  • Assist with onboarding and training for team members on HubSpot functionalities
  • Implement and manage SEO tracking tools to monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant metrics
  • Generate regular SEO reports to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategy adjustments
  • Manage and update HubSpot lists, reports, and automations to ensure accurate data management and streamlined workflows
  • Conduct routine data quality checks and maintain data integrity within the HubSpot CRM
  • Perform regular updates to website pages, including content changes, design tweaks, and SEO optimization
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure website updates align with overall marketing strategy
  • Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid ads
  • Analyze campaign data to measure ROI and recommend improvements for future campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and HubSpot management
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Experience with HubSpot, including CRM, marketing automation, and reporting functionalities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over work outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with web development or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau
