Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Educational Leaders: Build relationships with school and community leaders to establish new All Pro Dad Chapters.
- Lead Management: Track and manage incoming leads from campaigns, sign-ups, ads, and events to generate new chapter opportunities.
- Equip Schools for Chapter Leadership Recruitment: Train school leadership on how to recruit potential chapter leaders through launch events.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly chapter growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain CRM Records: Update and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including meeting notes, calls, and email follow-ups.
- Support Chapters: Oversee the registration process for new chapters, conduct captain training, and manage dues collection.
- Engage Stakeholders: Obtain support letters from educational leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Promote All Pro Dad Chapters: Represent and promote the All Pro Dad Chapter initiative at conferences, events, and meetings.
- Travel: Meet with school leaders, attend events, and support chapter development. Approximately 20% travel required.

- Ability to meet targets and manage multiple projects
- Experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement; HubSpot experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
