Job Description:
Organic Social Media Management
- Develop and execute All Pro Dad’s social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms.
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for social posts that drive conversation and connection.
- Schedule and publish content using native and third-party social media tools.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community discussions to engage followers and maintain a positive brand presence.
Paid Social Media Management
- Plan and execute paid social ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms to increase engagement, website traffic, and brand awareness.
- Work with analytics team to optimize ad performance through audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative adjustments.
- Align paid strategies to core marketing goals and targets.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work with the content and video teams to ensure social content aligns with brand messaging.
- Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Propose and test new social strategies to drive engagement and growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand, with a strong portfolio of engaging content
- Strong copywriting skills tailored for social media engagement
- Experience managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Proficiency in using native and third-party social media management tools, like Sprout Social
- Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and audience engagement tactics
- Passion for strengthening families and reaching fathers with impactful content
