Responsibilities:
- Establish expertise in the organization’s CRM, HubSpot marketing automation, Monday.com, and other development software and applications.
- Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the development team.
- Produce distribution lists for email and mail campaigns, appeals, events, and general donor communications.
- Edit and maintain donor presentations, decks, and collateral materials for the development team.
- Assist with online giving campaigns, appeals, and monthly updates with the content, digital marketing, and operations teams.
- Work with the development department to plan and execute all donor experiences and events.
- Manage event planning by building and maintaining boards, gathering quotes, submitting purchase orders, researching venues, checking availability, and facilitating internal and external communication.
- Assist with operational support for the development team.
- Coordinate development team meetings.
- Maintain meeting notes; follow up as needed; analyze CRM for prospects; order merchandise and promotional materials; and manage digital department files in cloud storage.
- Participate in travel to execute events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in development operations, fundraising, nonprofit administration, or a related coordinator role
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce for donor management, reporting, and data tracking
- Familiarity with project management tools, including Monday.com, along with marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Alignment with the mission and cause of Family First and its programs, All Pro Dad and iMOM
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
