Development Operations Specialist – Tampa, FL
Family First is seeking a development operations specialist. This person will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. They will report to the director of development and work closely to execute the organization’s development strategy and implementation plan as it applies to donor development and the overall development team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish expertise in the organization’s CRM, HubSpot marketing automation, Monday.com, and other development software and applications.
- Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the development team.
- Produce distribution lists for email and mail campaigns, appeals, events, and general donor communications.
- Edit and maintain donor presentations, decks, and collateral materials for the development team.
- Assist in online giving campaigns, appeals, and monthly updates with content, digital marketing, and operations teams.
- Collaborate with the development team to coordinate projects and events, develop detailed timelines, and ensure execution.
- Manage event planning, gather quotes, submit purchase orders, research venues, and facilitate internal and external communication.
- Provide operational support for the development team.
- Coordinate team meetings, maintain notes, follow up as needed, analyze CRM for prospects, order merchandise and promotional materials, and manage digital department files in cloud storage.
- Participate in travel to execute events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in development operations, fundraising, nonprofit administration, or a related coordinator role
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) for donor management, reporting, and tracking; familiar with project management tools (Monday.com) and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- Aligned with the mission and cause of Family First and its programs, All Pro Dad and iMOM
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
