Technology Support Specialist
The technology support specialist is a key member of the Digital Development Solutions Department, reporting to the director of digital development solutions. This position combines technical expertise with project coordination, focusing on quality assurance, requirements gathering, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for websites and applications.
- Requirements Analysis: Work with departments to gather and document functionality requirements.
- Bug Research & Validation: Research, validate, and coordinate resolution of technical issues.
- Documentation: Create user-friendly guides for company processes and website functionality.
- Research Support: Assist the development team in researching new emerging technologies and industry trends that support department goals.
- Technology Implementation: Support rollouts of new technology solutions and train staff.
- Project Management Support: Assist with task management, workflows, and project documentation.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings, take notes, assign tasks, and maintain documentation.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency and comfort with learning new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail for testing and documentation
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience
- Familiarity with AI tools (like Grok)
- Experience with Notion, Monday, or HubSpot is a plus
- Four-year college degree preferred
